A moratorium is a legal authorization to delay action, in the case at hand we, The Hamlin Preservation Group, are in support of a moratorium on the placement of industrial wind turbines within the town of Hamlin.

**Town of Gorham Moratorium Update!!**

There will be a special town board meeting on Wednesday 3/28 @ 7:30pm at the Gorham Town Hall on South Street. here is the official agenda item:

4. Moratorium 3rd Wind Farms
a. – need a motion to rescind Resolution #027-2007 adopting Third Moratorium
on Wind Farms. Ontario County Planning Board had not acted on this application yet. OCPB
has since reviewed the application, determined it to be a Class I with no comments, local
board may take action.
b. Resolution to adopt Third Moratorium on Wind Farms
